1.Return Timeframe: Items eligible for return must be brought back or sent back within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition  of Items: To qualify for in-store credit, items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Any item that appears worn, altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Jewelry and accessories 
• Undergarments
• Gift cards

4. In-Store Credit Issuance: Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. The credit can be used on future purchases and has no expiration date.

5. Original Receipt Required: Please provide the original receipt for all returns.

6. Final Sale on Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
